8. Bonus for 100% safety compliance and 100% completion of works.

1. Labourers ( limited to holders of C.O.T.T.S)
2. Part 1 trainees.
3. Part 2 scaffolders.
4. Haki card holders.
5. Drivers ( as well as a scaffolder).
6. Contracts Manager.
7. Inspectors.
